AWHR reported me owing them $575 on my credit file with Equifax. I do NOT owe them anything, and after contacting them the first three times, they claimed, and even after researching, I am NOT in their system. I faxed them a copy of my credit report for proof that the account is ON there, and they called me back the very next day and stated that they found a contract that I signed with them years ago, back in for a water heater rental, and they faxed me over a copy of the rental agreement/contract.
STILL, that did NOT prove that I owe the mentioned amount in question, but the lady insisted that I owe it, since it's on my credit report. She could NOT find a back bill or copy of a statement dated back in 2002 that I owe that amount. They refuse to look into it and show proof that I owe this bill. They're also refusing to cooperate in any way possible.
