Last year I join Lady of America. Annetle was the person who sold me the contract and she told me that it was for one, year at the time I did not read it. After 6 month I move so I want to cancel the contract but I could not find my copy so I called the Lady of America. They told me that I signed for 3 years and I said that is not true.
They send me a copy showing that I sign for 3 years and if I did not pay $213 my credit will be hurt. So I paid it. Last week I found my copy of the contract and the contract that I signed shows that is not specified for how long it is.in other words Annetle fill out the contract for 3 years after I signed.
