Nco Financial Upper Darby Pa & Philadelphia
No such accont exsists but on credit report / check paid shows unpaid on credit report last 5 years. Check was paid never deliquent yet they have it on my credit report / upper darby

I got a recent copy of my credit report from equifax. After reviewing it i seen couple things from nco financial on there one being an account that does not exsist, how i no is i called nco and asked about this account and gave the account number that shows on my credit report. The lady i spoke to shows no account number like that. See what i did was say i believe this is the account number i didnt say this is what they had on the credit report. She said thats not an account number do i know any other account number it might be. I told her no. Now thats there account number they claim on my credit report. Also the other one they have on there is a check i wrote out to a grocery store in june they have it unpaid never paid. So i called my bank because i know and knew for a fact this was incorrect and this is the account i still use to this day so if i had a check that was presenteed to my bank and never paid i know my account would be closed its not or my account would be charged all the fees and the amount of check and would be deducted next time money was deposited. They pulled the orginal check and sent it to me and on the back it shows at 7:21 the store submitted to my bank for payment it was declined then 5 minutes later at 7:26 same day it was approved it is stamped on the back of mycheck approved and so forth. I faxed this info over to nco friday moring, called later that night said fax never made it there but my previous faxs have go figure? So i faxed it again saturday now i will call monday again. But what i want to know is for 5 years this check has been on my credit report looking negitive as not paid and so has this no exsisiting other account. My score has been effected by this what can i do about this i had faxed all three credit bureau showing them the proof of the check was paid and never deliquent and filed online disputes as well. This other account i also notified them who can i file a complaint with about these besides the bureaus to have them removed? Have i been violated? I am not looking for gain or anything i just do not think its right?
