This company claims to be #1 in Arizona but they are frauding consumers. Have the funds available to replace a broken water heater by offering them monthly payments as low at $13.99 a month. But what they are not advertising is that the customer will never own the Water Heater no matter how long they pay the monthly payment. It is called a Water Heater lease you must sign a one year contract and after one year you can go month to month but if you don't pay they will repo the heater or if you cancel the contract they will arrange to pick up the water heater. If you don't give it back they can put a lien on your house for same outrageous amount. To replace a traditional water heater it should cost about $400.00 and the unit usually come with a manufacture warranty sometime good for up to ten years depending on the manufacture, you are also given the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty for as little at $75.00 that would cover every thing involved to replace the heater if it fails. Knowing all this why would any consumer lease a Water Heater. If they want to help those in need why not offer them the opportunity to make payments on the cost of the instillation and parts then own the item once they paid back the amount financed.
Consumers beware do not pantone this company unless you want to get screwed!
