Town & Country Homes ripoff dishonest Guarantee & Warranty Issues

I purchased a modular home, in the contract the furnace and the water heater were to be installed in the basement. The water heater was installed in the basement but not the furnace. The water heater shorted out and the insulation burnt around it, the breaker did not go off. We had to purchase a heater and pay for labor and heater.

I have contacted Richard several times and he said he would mail me reimbursement, also faxed a copy of invoice and info about the danger of what happened, I leave messages three times a week on the answering machine
