Maine Supply shipped defective equipment. When asked for return shipping costs before returning defective unit for replacement, seller ignored question. When again questioned, seller finally returned email stating "we don't pay return shipping". I found that to be odd considering I had paid my shipping costs up front for a working unit. I again had to email seller many times before he responded that he "did'nt care what I did and to go ahead and complain if I wanted to, that nobody would pay return shipping and that it probably wasn't defective anyway."
I have not returned the item for fear that he would just continue to ship the defective one, and on my dime. Of all my dealings with internet sellers, he's the most unprofessional and I feel like he must have gotten away with it may times to be so bold about.
