Sent me ENTIRE SET of defective DVDs Hong Hong

I ordered a DVD boxset and got an entire boxset in which almost every DVD was defective. This seller also sells boxsets in numbers of 10 for eBay sellers to resell for as much as $500. I lost $60. I could not imagine losing $500 or more. Buyer beware. Defective disks and NO RETURN ALLOWED.

Here is one of his emails:

Dear sir
According to our returning policy, the shipping cost must be afforded by the buyer after the returning time. So we suggest you to mail together with your next order in our site. It benefits our mutual interest. Thanks!

Here is my response:

Dear sir,
Actually, according to your written Shipping Policy on your website, Line number 4, you state that YOU will pay the shipping costs if the return is the result of a DEFECTIVE ITEM, which is what the is, a defective boxset. Here it is right off of YOUR WEBSITE:

4. If returning for refund after contacting wlsale.com customer service, please return the item to the specified address within 15 days. If there is a gift, please return the item included with the gift. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Now I need you to give me the address where I can return this defective boxset, so that you can refund my money, along WITH THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, as stated in your Shipping Policy.

Here is another one of his emails:

Dear sir
We have to tell you that our returning policy only protecting the items within our serving time. Your item has already been outdate and not in our protecting services. So we need not to replace it for you. Considering you are our client, we accept the replacement. If you dislike this method, we have to say sorry.

My response mentioned that it had only been 5 days since I recieved my order and their return policy allowed a return within 15 DAYS.

It has gone one and on and now Wlsale will not communicate with me to resolve the issue.
