This business is very poor at providing proper sizes and people do need to hear how this place WILL LITERALLY LEAVE YOU HANGING WITH YOUR PANTS DOWN! I did rent a tux from this place unfortunately! I called in my sizes with plenty of time to spare. I am in Ohio so could not go to get fitted there. I do visit Men's Warehouse frequently and I had rented a tux for a wedding in NY also. Which I did send them the same sizes as the rental place in NY.
Well the wedding in NY was first and everything was PERFECT! Now showed up at ALL THE RAGE the day before the wedding confident that everything would be fine, because everything was fine at the wedding in NY. WELL NOT THE CASE! I wear size 38 X 32 pants and have since I was 15. They gave me size 29, I don't know where they got it from! She then told me she has to see them on me LOL. My reply was good luck (Guess that makes me a smart ass). SHE DID RE MEASURE ME! This was the day before the wedding. Well made several calls throughout the evening to make sure it was still under control.
The next morning came (the morning of the wedding) I passed on the duties of calling to make sure the pants and jacket would be there to my wife seeing how I had to join the wedding party. Well I got a call a half hour before we left for the church they should be in a half hour.
Well sure enough they were there and were picked up by the Brides father. The pants and the jacket made it to the church 30 minutes before people started to arrive. I was relieved that the mess is over! Put the jacket on fit good. Went to the restroom in the church to change my pants put them on HOLD ON ONE SECOND. Size 50 pants! She must not know how to read inches.
well needless to say bad experiance! It gets even better. My wife called and spoke with them about a refund and they told her they would refund the money but they would not deliver the pants. They talked it over with the owner and felt that I was a smart ass and rude. I admit I was a little lost but I have been a lot worse.
This was a big day and they did everything they could do to destroy it!
