On February 3, I purchased a climate control unit through E bay for $249.99 plus shipping which was advertised with a 100% guarantee by the seller. After receiving the unit we installed the unit in my SUV at a labor cost of $120.00. We found the unit to be defective. I returned the unit immediatlely, via priority mail, on February 8th. And after several E mails back and forth through E bay the seller is taking the position he never receivef it, and will not return my origianal cost of $ 249.99. I notified the post office, and they said he did receive. I reported it to E bay, no action taken by E bay.
