I contacted National Moving Network to move from WA to CA. They took my $500 deposit and said a moving company by the name of AY Transport would be at my house on Saturday the 3rd of April. I never received a phone call from the moving company. I called National Moving Network and they said the truck would be there.By Monday the 5th of April... No truck. I called National Moving Network in the morning and asked them where the truck was. Their response was the truck had been at my house but I was not there... Nor did I answer my phone. I had been home all weekend waiting. I had no phone calls from my cell phone nor my home from anyone. They said they could have the truck there the next few days, but I had to be out THAT MORNING. So I moved myself to CA. They will not refund my money... And AY Transport is lying about being in my neighborhood.
