I hired National Moving Network to move my items from WV to PA. They were sooo nice to me. I even called my rep. After hours with no problem. All they wanted was a deposit of $500. So I did it. I had a date "In writing" to move my apartment, the movers never showed up.
After trying to call National Moving Network for 2 (TWO!) days I finally got someone to talk to me. They asked if I still wanted to move with them??? I already gave them 500 dollars and signed a contract!
I then contacted my credit card company and disputed the 500 charge and Fired National Moving Network. What was the point off all this? To get my 500 dollars? I don't understand.
