A1 USA Movers and National Moving Network ripoff - false promises

I contacted National Moving Network (Miami, Florida) for my move from New Orleans to Philadelphia. They in turn contracted my move with A1 USA Movers (Houston, TX). NOTE: A1 USA Movers is NOT the moving company I was originally told would handle my move.

My belongings were picked up well after the time scheduled (approximately 9:00 PM instead of 12:00PM) and were put on a Ryder truck to be taken back to Houston (talk about a scenic route). I was told my belongings would be delivered in 4 - 6 days. It was almost a month before I received my belonings (including my daughter's crib).

National Moving Network was no help in solving the problem, and A1 USA Movers wanted to receive the full balance for the move. They didn't even have enough sense to return the telephone call of a lawyer to avoid a lawsuit. Whatever you do, NEVER EVER use National Moving Network or A1 USA Movers for any kind of move, not even across the street. It will be at least two weeks before you see your stuff.

Special Note: They don't have any complaints listed with the Better Business Bureau. I checked first.
