Shady company, major ripoff

I signed up for their 7-day trial. After 1 or 2 days, I decided that it was crap and didn't want to continue with my subscription. I suspended my profile, and hid it, but in order to actually cancel the subscription, you have to call them. So, I called them. The rep on the phone told me that I had already cancelled my account online. Then 5 days later, I got a charge on my credit card for $49.99. I also noticed that I started getting emails from the site again, and when I went to the site it seemed that my account was back. I immediately disputed the charge with my credit card company. I called back, and the man told me that I never cancelled my account. I had him cancel it right then and there, and asked for a refund. After all, I did not use the service AT ALL. He said there was nothing that he could do. He also said that I never called before to cancel my account. This made me so mad, because I know that I called, I was there when it happened. And for this guy to sit there and say that I did not call was just wrong! He refused to give me a refund. I have a copy of my cell phone bill, which shows the call in question BEFORE I was charged. I am faxing that to them today, and also submitting it to my credit card company to assist in their investigation.
