Called the customer service at 12:30 am on 19 Sept to cancel the subscription. The subscription was cancelled and the customer service rep was nasty to tell me that the credit card will still be charged. After I told him that I'll call my credit card company to have the charges removed he put me on hold then came back to tell me that it will be about 15 days before I see the credit back to my account. I did what the web site told me as below:
"*If not canceled within the 3 day trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at $24.95 (USD) per month, until you decide to cancel. Your credit card will be billed as "DateMatch.com". That I have copied and saved.
I have checked my credit card account and have been billed $24.95 a monyh since September.
