Ripoff, nonrefundable charges to my bank account, dishonest won't cancel

I called to get the free trial for $9.98 for the shipping and handling of the introductary package. I was told I would get the package in 2-5 days.

They didn't even ship out the package til TWO days before my "free" 14 day trial was over. I didn't receive the package and they had charged my credit card $29.95.

I called and talked to a Meghan operator number 2100. She said that she would cancel my account and refund but they could give me two months for free. I told her I would have to talk to my husband and call her back.

I called back 2-4 days later I don't know exactly, I talked to Meghan again and told her that I wanted the account cancelled. She knew who I was and told me she would cancel the account. I gave her my phone number and she stated that "I have your account cancelled and will send you a refund.

Then I had another charge on my account a month later from the same company! I called and talked to a Supervisor named Jiselle operator number 2233.

I let her know what was going on and she played back my tape from the first conversation. I informed her that I had called back and cancelled. She stated that I didn't call because it wasn't noted.

I let her know that I wanted all of the money refunded and that I DID CALL! She said it would be noted on the account if I did call. I let her know that Meghan then must not have cancelled the account.

Jiselle said that the charges were non-refundable and that I wouldn't have called. I let her know that I could get the phone records.

I told her that if she didn't refund the money then I would contact a lawyer, I asked for her managers name and number also.

She told me that SHE was the boss and didn't have anyone above her. I let her know that she didn't run the company and that there was someone that I could talk to.

She refused to give me the information and stated that I could contact a lawyer and they could get that information.

I work at a call center and if the information is requested we always give them what they ask for. I have never dealt with a company that wouldn't give information out.

So here I am letting you know not to try online supplier. They will take your information and not cancel your account. What they will do is take money from you and not give it back.

I never sold anything from online supplier! I didn't use their products at all! I was charged for something i didn't even try!
