After ordering the "free" trial I called to cancel my "subscription" to avoid being charged for the product. I was told the first time I called that my subscription had been cancelled and that I could keep the "free" trial. After discovering that my credit card was charged $87.83 for the "free" trial I called again. This time I was told that my subscription had been cancelled and that a "request" for a refund would be placed and to check my bank account in 3-5 days for the refund. Of course, the refund did not appear on my statement so I called a third time about this issue and was told that the subscription had been cancelled and a "request" for a refund had been made and that NOW they would expedite the request. Apparently you need to make at least three phone calls to get a refund. DON'T GIVE UP IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A REFUND!

My third call was made today but I was told within 3-5 days there would be a refund. If not I will call again, and again, and again. The same exact process happened when I tried the "free" trial of Acai Berry... I eventually received my refund. These free trial scams are too much of a hassle. I will stick to local stores for products from now on.
