I first ordered swimsuits on-line as gifts for my parents on March 2nd. A charge immediately appeared on my credit card statement. After three weeks I called to check on the status and was told the merchandise had been shipped and should arrive soon.
After follwing up with weekly calls and always getting a slightly different answer (it should be there by April 5th, it shipped on March 15th, etc.) I was finally told that the items were on back order on April 20th and it should be 2-3 more weeks before they're shipped.
At that time I asked for my money to be returned since they had been holding it since March 2nd and no merchandise had been received. I was told that it would take 2-3 months to receive my credit back from them.
I asked to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to a voice mail. I left a message that was never returned.
