I ordered vitamins from this company in March and I did not notice that they would automatically ship the same amount the next month until after I placed the order. I immediately went on their website and sent a note asking that they not automatically ship any products and that they not charge my credit card for a second shipping. I received the first order around March 6. They sent an email on April 4 saying, "We thought you'd like to know we shipped your items today, and this completes your order. Thanks for shopping at Truestar.com, and we hope to see you again soon!" I immediately called and talked to a representative who said that as soon as they received the items back at Truestar they would credit my charge account. I mailed it back unopen on the same day. They should have received it the following Monday. On Saturday, April 20, I received a voice mail message asking me to call Truestar Health in regards to returned items. I called today (April 21) and they told me they will refund 90% of the total. They claim to not have received my first note asking them not to ship the order. I don't believe they didn't get the note and I think this was a deliberate attempt to get money. It cost $11 to mail the order and they will charge around $20 plus for returned items.
