I ordered a sofa and two recliners on Oct. 6. I was told to expect my furniture in 8 to 12 weeks (the beginning of January). They had me FAX my credit card information to cover a non refundable deposit.
By mid-January I had received no information - no emails, no phone calls. Nine out of ten times I called I had to leave a message; then no return call. When I finally got through to them I was told they didn't know, but would check and call me back. No call back, so I would go though the same process. Finally in mid-February I was told my order was ready to ship. My credit card was charged in full on feb. 21st and I was told shipping could take 3 to 4 weeks.
Middle of March no information. Went through the same process trying to get a status report. When I did get through they didn't know what happened and would have to research it and call me back. No call back.in April I was told that for some reason my furniture was never shipped and that it would be shipped for sure the first week of May. On May 24th I had heard nothing so called. Actually got through, was told my furniture was shipped in mid-May - they will call me back to let me know when it should arrive.
So on it goes. It has now been three months since my card was charged and my furniture was supposedly shipped and almost EIGHT months since I placed the order.
