I placed an order for dvds on the 13th of March. My credit card was billed on the 17th. They said the order was shipped on the 17th also. That I would receive my order in 5 to 7 business days. I asked for a tracking number, they did not respond. I kept calling and e-mailing them, still nothing.
They told me on the 5th of April that the order had already shipped so I asked for a tracking number again. Still no tracking number. They will not e-mail me and I still have no merchandise after a month of trying to get something out of them. I still haven't got a tracking number either.
