Bought Kazaa Plus on the 26th November. After downloading, got a message that an error had occured and I must re-download. I have since been unable to do this despite the fact that I have a valid proof of purchase number. I have also used the special email link for people with a valid proof of purchase number to conact Kazaa Plus over six times but have still to get a reply from Kazaa Plus.
