I purchased KaZaa Plus on April 1st, 05 for $29.95 per year. When I downloaded the program, the program makes my computer freeze. I e-mailed the tech support (because they don't have a landline number to call) with the problem. They e-mailed me back pretty quickly; telling me to uninstall the program and re-install it again. So I did.
After I finish installing the program the 2nd time, the website would not let me re-registered it (or they call it: Re-Licensing), so I tried it 3X to re-registered the software, and would not let me. After the 3rd one, the website told me that I have install kazaa 3X and I need to contact the Tech Support to re-instate my registration number (or Re-Licensing number). So I did.
They NEVER write back to me, so basicly they took my $29.95 for less then 1 day to use their software. And I'm not the only one, bellow is other customer having the same problem with KaZaa Plus (I found it on the internet also):

I need some help... I got this kazaa plus and my computer got full of threatening objects. Which my anti software's automatically got reed of. That's how I lost my kazaa software and had to re licence it.
Then I lost it again and with 2 re licensing to go I contact kazaa costumer service twice, waited for 2 weeks and never got an answer. -om
If you can help me, please do so, I am very angry at this moment at KaZaa... And they DO NOT have phone number to contact, besides they have ONLY on-line customer support.
