I paid $27.76 on 11-21 to kazaa for the kazaa-lite computer program.
The page where i entered my billing info stated that if i was not satisfied, i could cancel anytime within seven days, and my money would be refunded.
Three hours later, i sent an email asking kazaa to cancel service.
I have since sent three more emails asking for cancellation.
None of them have been answered. The only phone number to kazaa (which was provided to me by my bank) when called, merely says that "the message box is full".
The company that handles the processing of the fee is meta-charge, is located in the uk, and never answers their phones either.
