Vom Felsenhof German Shepherds is pending Prosecution for Interstate Felony Fraud and Identity Theft. Melanie Williams Parsons Is a New Mexico Puppy Mill Thief who has purchased the url for my kennel name which has had a solid reputation for 15 years. Unsuspecting people punch in my Kennel name and it opens to hers. Like a Black Widow Spider she lures them in under false pretense and then tries to sell them one of her pathetic puppy mill pups of Inferior Quality.
If or when they discover that she is not me, she immediately begins with her Slanderous Lies.
She is a Pathological Liar who has stated that she has been breeding German Shepherds for over 15 years. Just another Lie from Mrs. Williams Parsons. Her previous kennel name is believed to have been Krieghauser which in my opinion produced some the worst German Shepherds this country has ever seen.
She has been permanently kicked off countless breeder and German Shepherd Message Boards for Slander & Fraudulent Claims, and Multiple Identities but continues to resurface.
I first came to know Mrs. Melanie Williams Parsons when she purchased a show potential pup from me. Shortly after signing the contract and receiving the pup her other personality emerged. She called me shouting that "No one will tell her that she has to X-ray her German Shepherd Puppy before she can be allowed to breed it. And furthermore, no one will tell her that the pup must reach at least 2 years before she can breed her!"
She shouted she's gonna breed her when she comes in her first heat! And no one's gonna tell her otherwise!"
Just for the record, female German Shepherds often come in heat for their first time at 6-8 months old. They're still puppies, clearly not ready physically or mentally to become mothers. That would be like allowing your 7 year old daughter to start having sex.
Now I don't know how they do it down in New Mexico, but up North that's Taboo and we just don't go there!
She had Signed the Contract stating that she agreed to abide by the SV & Our Philosophy of the Betterment of the German Shepherd Breed! That means that certain things like certified hips must be performed. And You can't breed dogs when they are still puppies themselves.
At that point, naturally, I offered to purchase the pup back at full price. And then I didn't hear back from her for awhile.
Then I received a letter from an attorney for Melanie Parsons Williams. I again offered to gladly purchase the pup back. They wanted me to just send the money and they would send the pup. My attorney laughed. We suggested a face to face swap... Cash money for pup. AFTER the pup was thoroughly checked out buy an unbiased veterinarian in the Chicagoland area at my expense. We NEVER heard from her again.
When the pup was nearing her 1 year birthday I again contacted her in an attempt to settle this situation. That evening I began getting phone calls and emails galore from other breeders and organizations. Mrs. Parsons had been slandering me to every single breeder and organization that she could possible think of.
I caught her lying through her teeth. She started making fake emails, etc while trying to blame someone else. All Lies!!!
And so it began. She found her way to this website and began posting outrageous lies. Her friend Gina Kasbergen of Kerschbergen Kennels also of New Mexico joined in. It soon became their full time job.
For the Record...
Our pups all go out on Limited Registration. All conscientious Breeders use the Limited Registration. Once they prove that they are worthy of being bred we will gladly lift it and give them Full Registration. Limited Registration is The American Kennel Clubs way of helping breeders protect their breed and their offspring from unscrupulous people such as Melanie Parsons Williams who are just after a quick buck with no regard for the animal.
In Germany this program is built into the system of registration.
No dog is ever allowed to be bred until it has proven itself worthy of that privilege. They accomplish that by a series of exams and hip certifications, etc. That is why Germany still has the Absolute Best German Shepherds in the World 100 Years Later.
The Truth Is...
Melanie Williams Parsons is a Master of Disguise with Multi Personalities and Identities, Misrepresenting herself as an established, and reputable kennel. When in fact she resides and runs her illegal "puppy mill business" out of her small suburban home on a corner lot, housing an outrageous number of dogs and pups.
The Interesting Thing Is...
Prior to her slandering me all across the country and world, and stealing my kennel name url, she could easily have come to me and settled this in a professional manner.
She stated that she was planning on registering the dog under her kennel name which is a violation of the signed contract.
That is like signing your name on a Picasso.
I have also heard that she has already bred her several times and registered them under another dogs name. The A.K.C. Is being contacted.
For that reason I have held on to the A.K.C. Papers in an effort to protect this young dog of impeccable breeding from this "Cruella de Ville"
This woman is Evil and Deceptive.
She's been described as a Mad Dog with Rabies.
