Ripoff, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to be ripped off! Ripoff

I purchased an aquamarine ring from Jewelry Vault in June. I returned it because it was highly misrepresented on air.

I have never received a refund from them. The ring was signed for when they received it. I have my documentation from the Post Office. I have sent subsequent registered mail, It has been signed for, I have called, and no money.

This has been a 10 month process. Now when I call the phone rings and rings and rings. No one answers.

This has caused me never to buy from television again!
