On March 9 I had paid $34.95 to download Kazaa Gold legally. The price was 29.95 to download Kazaa Gold and an extra 5. Oo to always be able to download Kazaa without paying the 29.95 again. Well I got a new computer and went on to download Kazaa and guess what. I was not able to!
The web page redirected me to Kaza Gold. They claim it is not the same company. I sent 3 e-mails and I was never answered back. I called the number on their web site and it was always a recording. I could not contact them at all! Well went to the Better Business Bureau and made a complaint against them (Kaza Gold) and the Billing Manager (Marni Erickson) is a very nasty unintelligent woman.
I sent all I had to send including proof of purchase from the bank and sent it to the Better Business Bureau. Had enough proof yet Ms. Erickson got a hold of my home phone number and left a very sarcastic nasty message saying that I was not getting a refund, that she is not responding back to the BBB complaint and that basically she is not wasting time on me. Oh she also found time to correct me in saying that it is spelled Kaza and not Kazza and that they are not affliated with Kazaa.
Okay if that is the case why is it that the web site for "Kazaa" directed me to the Kaza web site? Odd or is it jsut me. I would LOVE to place a complaint against them but especially to Ms. Erickson of Kaza GOLD and also somehow find out how can I get her in trouble for calling me at my residence to say those things? Do not buy anything from Kaza Gold. Both site had the same download and it was exactly the same but somehow they are getting away with it.
If the two web sites or company are not the same they why did I get redirected to Kaza Gold and why do they have the same name for the exception of one "A" (Oh Ms. Erickson you should have been a spelling bee contestant) If anyone can direct me to putting in acomplaint on them or Ms. Erickson I would appreciate. Obviosuly she and her company are getting away with it because the Better Business Bureau cannot do anything. If I can stop them from ripping off others that would good for me!
