I am sure everyone, and when I say everyone I mean everyone is familar with SBC. I think they have the worst service in the world. I deal with them as a customer and as sub-contracted vendor who handles there calls. Yes, it's true you as customers should know not everyone you talk to on the other end works for SBC. There are outside vendors that provide you customer service. If you are calling in to speak with a live, flesh breathing person you better have about 2 hrs to spare. Oh and by the SBC will give you reason to call in. Now let me explain what that means. As a customer I check my bill randomly expecting only to see the charges that I made. Well think again I have seen other companies charge me for service when I never even accepted a collect call, or long distance when I have a block on my phone. WOW can you belive that! Now with SBC being bought out by AT&T you can expect much more!!! I am not trying to get anything for free but I am trying to just pay what I owe!!
