Worst customer service— ever! - Sprint mobile phone provide

I have been a Sprint customer for the past 6 years. Year after year I have seen the company grow bigger and as they grow bigger, they just get froM good to bad to worst ever. Zero customer service. I just had the most annoying experience EVER.
I started seeing international calling charges on my phone and when I called to esquire about these charges (almost $60), the representative basically told me, this was not the first time I was charged the amount. Apparently I had similar charges in April, so I was told that "If I was so concerned, I should perhaps, review my bill more often like the rest of us do". The problem is my bill in April was not too high for me to notice any weird activities and Sprint just charges me a new amount every month and it is always a rocket science to figure out what relates to what. The customer service representative pretty much hung up on me summarizing that I was too stupid to be a Sprint customer.
Good job Sprint and good job Mr. Hesse, after being a loyal customer for so many years and recommending you to so many people, you have lost my respect for Sprint.
If you are looking for a phone service providers that sends you a new net bill amount every month, and leaves you hanging to deal with the most painful customers service... Please do consider Sprint as your top choice and not to forget, they charge you $10 premium service charges but no service.
