I received a bill for $34.55 from this company for a call they say I made on Nov. 9. The bill indicated that this call to Tucson was not covered by my regular long distance carrier. I confirmed with my carrier that they cover all long distance calls. This bill arrived on April 3. I called their 800# and after putting in my phone number, a recording was played of the person whom I was now told had made a collect call to my number of which I accepted. I was then transferred to a customer service rep. Who could only tell me that I was responsible for these charges and there was nothing he could do.
