I have been a customer of ATT and now Cingular for years.in January the phone went bad due to defective simms card. This was replaced, since then the phone has a mind of its own, dropped calls, turns on and off at will. Calls to Cingular get met with no help whatsover, I have been to the Cingular store 3 times and get no help. I will be changing to Verizon as soon as my contract ends.
Customer service they do not understand the meaning?
