Ripoff unfair business practice

Dear Cingular.

I just wanted to let you know your Company has Went down hill in Customer service. Cingular has the lousiest Customer care I have seen in a long time, Every time I need support either I hit a dead end or a long wait or the tec support window has closed down in one of your local stores! I ask a sales rep/associated and they cannot explain why cingular has closed the tech support window.

I wanted to renew my Contract with cingular but when I found out I could up grade my existing phone to 3/28/05.in my online Account it said 12/22/04 on December 12/21/04 when 12/22/04 rolled around I was happy to to upgrade, once I finally got signed into cingular's website after many of try's due to the website being to busy or down I Found my Upgrade date has Changed to 3/28/05!!

I find this ironic Cingular would do this to a customer that has been with the company since
5/13/98. Now I have to wait 3/28/05 and I was told by a store employee I would be eligible in December I have to full 20 months of a 2 year contract so now with this new date its telling me I have to fulfill 22 months instead of 20 months.

I believe it's time for me to move on and find a cellular provider with better customer service and with out the little hidden suprises around each corner when it's time to upgrade or request Customer service

What really gets me is when a Customer gets a day behind on paying there bill, and you call customer support because your phone is messing up they instantly transfer you to collections! After You spend 5 to 10 minutes on the phone with collections they finally transfer you to customer care how ironic is that? I guess its all about the Money first the customer support last maybe cingular should practice servicing the customer needs then send them to collections.

Also what I find ironic when they disconnect your service Cingular charges a 37-dollar reconnect fee! I find that irate and idiotic it only takes two seconds to turn them back on, so why charge 37 per phone?

I am done with your lousy service wasting time with a company that does care about its customers.
Only thing cingular cares about is MONEY first then the customers. Remember this with out us the customer you are broke meaning no money!!!
