Do not ever use cingular wireless... I had service with them since 1998 befor there was cingular.
I was due to a phone upgrade but my date got pushed back to 3/28/05 and was supose to be 12/22/04... But since cingluar suspended my serivce because i was late on my payment thye move my upgrade date to 3/28/05, and they never told me they would do such a thing! What bullshit from this fake ass comapny...
I always paid my bill and settel any debt with Cingular that was owned to them... But i guess thats the way they pay you back...*QUICK PULL THE KNIFE OUT OF MY BACK CINGULAR* and every time it was time to renmew my contract i would sign it with no questions and be good to go... Well in april i will not resign with this idiotic cellular company... I will be taking my money else where so i can get treated like a customer should be treated"
My wife called cusotmer care *JOKE* trhye told her that bullshit since my service was suspended for late payment this did this to Punish me... Well they can kepp there lousy serivce becuase i am going to another cellular serivce ASAP...
Do your self a favor do not use cingular because they are bullshit with hidden susprises Around each corner or there is a STRING ATTACHED TO EACH DEAL THEY GIVE YOU
