I purschased a dvd (gang bangin 4life vol. 2) from this company and i never recieved my product after several weeks. I contacted the company via e-mail and they advised me that they were out of the product, then i recieved an e-mail telling me my product was shipped. I advised them that i never recieved the item, and that i was starting to feel like a victim. They advised me that since i want to play the victim roll. To seek help elsewhere.
I felt very offended and i sent several e-mails to the company, in which they did not reply. This incident occured back in may and i still have not heard from the company and it's now dec. My girl ordered me something from the company before and i recieved the package not sure what happend this time. But there customer service is very poor, and they need to be more considerate of there customers. Basicaly i got ripped off!!!
