I have also have order product from this company and have never recieved it. I had ordered the Northern Exposure set on Dec. Th and it was charged to my credit card on Dec. 11th. I too have recieved the following e-mails about tracking my order. I have e-mailed them 12 times now and they keep assuring me that my items are in the mail. I ask for a tracking numbers and still have never recieved them. I finally ask for refund last week and they had told me they had just put the 3rd set in the mail and it would take 3-5 days to contact post office to get tracking number. I feel that I have been scamed out of of $79.00. I have been frustrated by the way the seem so assuring that they are going to make this right but have never followed through with anything they have promised me. My complaint is just like all the others. I am going to call my credit card company as advised from one of your other people that had issued a complaint.
I hope to get my refund but not keeping my fingers crossed.
