Ordered Pure Green Bean Ext. 7-7-12, called them 7-17-12 and said would ship never recieved

Pure Health sent an e-mail to my box advertising Pure green Bean Ext. Super economy 90 count. I ordered this product for $29.99 but never recieved the product. I did recieve a confirmation e-mail. Icalled the company after 10 days. They said they would ship another order immediately, but have never recieved this product nor any reason as to why it was not shipped. The USPS could not find any record that it was shipped
