Ordered this product 1/1 and selected 5-12 delivery. Then saw all the bad reviews and complaints so tried to cancel the order the same day via the website contact us email.
I didnt recieve response for 8 days when they advised the product had been shipped 2/1.
I had not received the product by 16/1 so I contacted my bank and lodged a dispute.
I still have not recieved the product and none of my 7 emails have been responded to and all the phone numbers either dont work in Australia or have been disconnected.
I recieved a letter from my bank today advising my claim has been resolved and the money credited back to my account.
