I have used Empire twice to install new carpet in my home. The first time went well. The second time however was horrible! I have a very small living area that needed carpet. It is a high traffic area as I explained to our sales guy. We went with the carpet that he recommended and he told us we would get a good 5 years out of it. It has been only 2 and the carpet looks worse than my builders grade carpet that we had for 7 years! I called Empire hoping someone would come out and take a look. I have the extra carpet that would probably replace the whole room (which I obviously paid for!). I have been waiting for over a month for someone to call me back! I have placed phone calls every week and it is always the same thing!" I am sorry, but no one is available right now". I will never use this company again nor will I ever recommend them.in fact if anyone ever asks me about this company I will share my experience.
