We had Empire 1 Carpet installed in our home in March. The highest quality &foam they have. It hasn't even been a year yet & our carpet looks likeTOTAL CRAP. People that come over can NOT believe this is NEW carpet. The lady that sold us the carpet came over to SELL us some new carpet, She couldn't even believe how bad this carpet looks. She was on the phone to her boss & he said "We could sell them some WOOD FLOORING for a discount price of $4000. Now we already paid $4028.33. Now I don't see where this is helping us or making us "WHOLE again" Please do the math because EMPIRE 1. CAN NOT! We are active duty military and this is supposed to be a "bargain" I don't feel this is a bargain at all. Buyers beware.
