Wouldn't deliver my dryer as promised, bumped me back 1-2wks because I tried to discuss the issue w a human, and now are holding a charge on my credit card until 7-10days are up preventing me from purchasing a dryer from someone who will deliver asap. I am a single mom, work 45min from home, have a 3yr old and 5yr old w special needs. I need a company with compassion not machines.
