Sears Warranties and home services are Hoax.
I have been experiencing a problem with my dryer since last 2 years.
Sears Warranty says that they would replace the defective piece but the dryer have been repaired 5 times in the last 2 years and everytime I ask for the replacement Sears comes out with new excuse -
— last time it was that you need to have 3 services done
— This time I called up they added you need to have 3 services within a year and since this a New Year - you do not qualify
I have been paying a good amount to get the warranties but that is of no use.
I feel cheated buying the goods and warranties from Sears.
