Ordered a Samsung Refrigerator with expedited, white glove delivery, an professional installation. Price was great, and received multiple email updates regarding shipment and delivery.

However, the contracted delivery compnt proved to be untimely, offering delivery only one day per week. Nothing expedited about them at all. Appliances Connection simply apologized, and offered to refund the expedited fee but did not actually refund the funds.

When the refrigerator finally arrived, it was damaged with deep gouges, scratches and dents on the front doors, drawers and sides. The installers could not align the doors to close evenly, leaving a half-inch gap from the bottom of one door to the other door!

After filing a complaint five days ago online at the Appliance Connection website, we have a ticket number and no other response. Do yourself a favor... Spend a couple hundred dollars extra and go with a reliable, responsive, reputable appliance dealer. These guys and their delivery buddies embody bad service at it's worst.
