The shop at home rep was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained, in clear detail, the preparation of installing my new wood floor. After the job was complete, i noticed a few loose boards for which the installer returned to repair the nest day. All in all my experience with Bay Carpet was a complete satisfaction.
