I purchased a Living Social coupon for carpet cleaning. We took 2 hours to move all of the furniture before they arrived, but they did not show up nor did they call to let me know!!!
We re-scheduled another appointment for today. The guy came 2 hours late and he did not put anything underneath the wood legs of the couch and the wood stain soaked into the wet carpet! Red wood stain on a light beige carpet!
We put "Resolve" on it with no luck. I called another carpet place and they said that if that doesn't work, it is probably a permanent stain!
It is in the main area of the floor so we now need to REPLACE THE CARPET DUE TO THE HORRIBLE JOB BY FRESH INTERIOR!
I want compensation from this company due to their negligence!
