We had a refrigerator delivered. I have a brand new floor that i have not even finished paying for as of yet. The deliverymen were very nice but upon taking the refrigerator up the steps, they ruined the molding in two spots. The delivery manager said they would replace the molding but not pay for the installation. I do not understand why lowes is not giving better customer service. At this rate, we will not be using lowes very much, nor will our family members. I think you will be losing more than you are gaining by not totally replacing my floor costs.
