Very poor delivery customer service. Ordered pick up of refrigerator for a Tuesday with Customer Service. They put my pickup on the Monday manifest for the drivers. Which they never showed up for, did not show up on Tuesday. Rescheduled for Thursday 8-10 am, was told I was going to be their first delivery. Called 3PD (Lowes delivery co) 5 times to check on delivery ETA after waiting 2 hours. Finally had to give up and leave house to meet a contractor at 11. (I let delivery company know I had to leave soon every time I talked to them) A mile away from my house, I see the delivery company in another neighborhood. I call 3PD delivery again and they said they will call me when they get close to my neighborhood. So much for being first on the list. Now 2:25 and still no pickup. Hope you have tons of vacation time available to take off if you choose to use 3PD or Lowes.
