We had a refrigerator delivered. The deliverymen were very nice but in getting the refrigerator up the stairs, they ruined part of my brand new floor that i have not even paid for yet. I asked the delivery department and they said they would pay for the molding but not for the installation. I do not know why i have to pay more money for my new floor when lowes delivery is the reason for the damage. Can you tell me why you are not standing behind your customer service? The store is in the union gap, WA area.
