My washer broke down after 3 yrs, (under warranty) Sears came out and said it needed to be rebuilt. The tech ordered the parts to be delivered to my house and rescheduled a repair appointment for two weeks. The parts came, but on the day the tech was supposed to be here, he never showed up, never called, nothing. I called three times and was told each time "he's coming" Finally, when it was obvious he was not coming, I called to reschedule and was told, "you have to call us tomorrow"
Growing up, Sears was a company and name my parents trusted, apparently that is no longer true.
