On November 13 I was given the chance to receive a QM watch in exchange for completing a survey. I was informed at the time that it would only cost me $5.99 for shipping and handling. I was not informed of a 14 day trial period or a strict no return no refund policy.
When I received the watch I did not particularly like it but since it had only cost me the price of shipping I let it go.
On December 1 I was charged $95.00 for this watch on my checking account. When I called to inquire about it I was informed of the no return no refund policy.
This seems to me to be a very shoddy way of doing business. Are these watches of such poor quality that this is the only way for the company to remain in business - by defrauding their customers?
I am unhappy with this company and I DO NOT like their product. I will not do business with them in the future.
