I was offered a watch for only $5.95 after taking a survey after an on-line purchase. A few weeks after receiving the watch, I was charged another $95 to keep it. I called o complain and the operator informed me that I only initially purchased a trial of the watch.in addition I was enrolled in a program where they were going to send me a watch a month for $49/mo! They accepted my cancellation, but informed me hat I checked the box indicating I was 18 and agreed to the "terms and conditions" of the program and there was a no return policy. Their marketing is very deceiving and they have a no return policy because they know nobody would keep their cheap watches. While legally they may have covered themselves, this is a total scam.
