I ordered a ladies Franck Muller watch, when it arrived it was HUGE, even too big for my husband! I contacted them to say I wanted a refund, as per their policy on the website. They first said they would make an exchange for another style, I said no, I want to return and refund. Now they are saying that refunds don't work well, as the "rarely received returned watches" due to customs. They are certainly trying to discourage me from refund... But, were they going to EXCHANGE for another watch and not have me return this one??? They are being very difficult and discussions are on-going. I will NEVER, EVER do business with this type of product again. They have ruined it for me.
